Lewco sold a custom car-bottom oven rated for a maximum temperature of 1300°F to an industrial manufacturer. The electrically heated oven, which will be used for annealing steel parts, has a workspace of 72 inches wide x 140 inches deep x 90 inches high. Manufactured and designed to NFPA 86 Class B standards, it is supplied with a rear-mounted heater box with 324 kW heat input and a 38,000-CFM high-efficiency circulation fan delivering dual airflow evenly throughout the workspace.

Machinery Company Orders Bench Oven for Testing

Thermal Product Solutions (TPS) shipped a custom Gruenberg bench oven to the movable machinery industry. The oven, which is rated for Class B operation per NFPA 86 specifications, will be used in the company’s testing and product development department to process various mechanical apparatuses affixed to an electronic shaker. The oven has a maximum temperature rating of 1022°F (550°C) and work-chamber dimensions measuring 36 inches wide x 36 inches deep x 36 inches high.

Epcon Industrial Systems designed, built and shipped a state-of-the-art multi-zone conveyor oven system that will be used to cure internal linings for 55-gallon drums. The effective heating zone oven measures 100 feet long x 6 feet wide x 6 feet, 6 inches high. The custom-designed oven has three independently controlled heating zones operating at a temperature range of 350-600°F and three dual-lane conveyor systems to process the drum and the top/bottom lids simultaneously.
