Refrac Systems specializes in running tollway diffusion bonding and part flattening services using vacuum hot press (VHP) furnaces. We have an extremely high purity dry vacuum pumped system available, and the world's first large scale VHP furnace that can also properly gas fan quench cool (2-Bar system) parts weighing up to 4,000 lbs, while holding up to a 100 ton hydraulic load applied to the flat platen part tooling stack. Our largest footprint VHP has 36" W x 48" L x 30" H part capability running at 10-6 Torr vacuum levels or any applicable partial pressure atmosphere, including hydrogen.
