In 1962 Atmosphere Heat Treating (formerly Controlled Atmosphere Processing Co. or CAPCO) was the first heat treating company to use the continuous mesh belt furnace. Our two facilities operate five high volume state-of-the-art continuous mesh belt austempering furnaces. All furnaces are equipped with computerized autoloaders which assure repeatability and evenness of furnace loading between each lot
