The broad range of conflicting requirements is imposed on deposited steels designed for operation under cyclic thermomechanical effect conditions (high wear-resisting properties, cracking resistance, red hardness and heat resistance in combination with low hardness after deposition, good weldability and minimum content of expensive and scarce alloying elements). To one degree or another, these requirements can be satisfied only by combining different strengthening mechanisms that form the structure and properties of steel.
