Workers at aircraft manufacturer De Havilland Canada began returning to work on Monday May 4 at its Toronto plant. The first phase involved the return of 100 employees, concentrating on pre-flight activities and deliveries. The temporary suspension, which affected 800 employees (65% of the workforce), began on March 20.
