General Motors is planning to sell the defunct Cruze factory in northeast Ohio to Workhorse Group, a designer and builder of high-performance battery-electric pickups. The plant's fate depends on a new union contract between GM and the United Auto Workers. Cincinnati-based Workhorse would reportedly buy the plant for $300 million. Their revenues were $763,000 in 2018 and $10 million in 2017.
