Boeing Wins $9 Billion Contract

As this story and many of the others show, the government is a big part of the aerospace story. Boeing obtained a U.S. Air Force contract for building training jets to the tune of $9.2 billion. Boeing’s St. Louis plant will produce a total of 351-475 training aircraft and 120 ground-based training systems through 2034.
