Rocket-Processing Facility Coming to Space Coast?

According to a local report, SpaceX wants to bring more of its reusable rocket program to the Space Coast, the region in Florida around the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. A proposal calls for a 32,000-square-foot launch and landing control center and a 133,000-square-foot facility to refurbish and store rockets and boosters.
