Faulty Parts on Japanese Bullet Train

Kawasaki Heavy Industries supplied approximately 150 faulty wheel parts to Japan’s famous bullet trains. It was discovered that the parts could crack and potentially cause a derailment. According to the company, the steel frames connecting the wheels to the chassis were too thin.
