A high-thermal-conductive carbon-nanotube sheet with top heat-dissipation performance has been developed by Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. The technology is expected to find use in automotive heat-dissipation materials (for electric vehicles) beginning in 2020. A carbon-nanotube heat-dissipation sheet created by this technology was found to have a high-heat tolerance of more than 700°C (1300°F).
