Ford Investing Big in Electric

Ford Motor Co. plans to spend $11 billion to bring 40 electrified vehicles to market by 2022. Ford says this investment shows they are “all in now.” Of the 40 models planned, 16 will be battery-only vehicles. The company identified just one model by name. Due in 2020, the Mach 1 will be a performance battery-electric SUV.
