Metis Model M323 is designed primarily for measurements on metals, ceramics and graphite. With temperature ranges of 50-1500°C (122-2732°F) and adjustable sub-ranges, it is ideal for applications in induction heating, vacuum furnaces, composites, soldering, ceramics and research and development. The noncontact infrared temperature sensor has two high-resolution, 16-bit analog 0/4 to 20mA outputs; offers a bright, 10-digit LED display for temperature and sensor parameters; and performs in harsh environmental conditions at ambient temperatures up to 70°C without cooling. Its three configurable inputs or outputs and switchable serial interfaces (RS-232 and RS-485) can all be selected on the device as required by the user.
