Electric Cabs Driving Demand

Similar to China, London’s black cabs are going electric, which has resulted in the reopening of Sapa SA’s plant in south Wales after being closed for three years. The taxi-maker is investing $400 million to build EVs fitted with an aluminum chassis. The U.K. plans to phase out fossil-fuel vehicles by 2040.
