According to a report in Tulsa World, TMK IPSCO restarted operations at its facility in Catoosa, Okla. The company plans to add 168 new jobs at the plant by the end of the year. The Catoosa facility, which was idled in September 2015, performs heat treatment and threading on pipes used in drilling operations. TMK IPSCO is the American division of Russia’s TMK. The company has 12 facilities in the U.S. and one in Canada.
