International Thermal Systems of Milwaukee, Wis., shipped a TruTemp car-bottom furnace to a company in the petroleum industry. The gas-fired furnace has a 5- x 5- x 8-foot chamber and operates at 1900°F (1038°C). It has a maximum temperature rating of 2200°F (1205°C) and is tested to within 15°F. The furnace features a cold car design, vertical lift door and a cast hearth with piers.

In other news, International Thermal Systems shipped an epoxy preheat and cure oven to a U.S.-based motor manufacturer. The gas-fired continuous oven features a two-hour preheat and four-hour cure in one space-saving unit.
