Greg Matula of H.C. Starck was honored for his achievements in the international heat-treatment industry and awarded the distinguished "Member of the Heat Treatment Forum Hall of Excellence" at the 2017 Heat Treatment Forum & Expo in Wroclaw, Poland.
H.C. Starck displayed its fabricated furnace products and capabilities for heat treating, including thermal modeling with CFD simulations and FEA calculations, at the event. During the technical sessions, Matula presented “The Advantage of Refractory Metals for Heat Treatment Devices," with an emphasis on H.C. Starck's core materials.
