UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries will invest approximately $3.3 million to expand its Paducah, Ky., facility. The 56,000-square-foot expansion will create up to 50 full-time jobs and provide space for new machining centers, robotics and additional fabrication equipment. The plant manufactures and assembles precision aluminum parts, including sunroof tracks and structural components. Many of the new employees could be in place later this year, with all 50 positions filled by July 2018.
