Centrifugal Casting or Forging?

Taiwan’s LAWAI Industrial Corp., which manufactures stainless steel via centrifugal casting, had the mechanical properties of its 17-4 PH stainless steel tested. The results showed that the steel produced by centrifugal casting was mechanically comparable to forging-produced stainless steel. Intrigued?
