Several auto OEMs are in the news for noteworthy changes. Ford had announced that it is moving all of its small-car production to Mexico. You can read about it here. However, the election of Donald Trump as our next president might affect this decision. Trump indicated he would slap a 35% import duty on cars produced in Mexico. As a result, Ford contacted trump and announced that it is still moving small-car (Focus and C-Max) production there, but some production, including Lincolns, will continue to be produced stateside.
