The SuperFlame high-velocity burner – with nine available models in capacities ranging from 150,000 BTU/hour to 5 MM BTU/hour – is designed for process temperatures up to 2500°F (1371°C). Ideal for installation in either brick or fiber-wall furnaces, the burner is easily mounted to the furnace with only four bolts. Common applications include annealing furnaces, sintering furnaces, rotary forge furnaces, nonferrous melting furnaces and kilns. The burner’s outer tube is made of advanced silicon carbide and the inner firing tube is made of stainless steel alloy for long life in extremely hot conditions. SuperFlame incorporates two-stage combustion for low-NOx efficiency.
