JPW Industrial Ovens & Furnaces received an order for a high-temperature cabinet oven from a specialty alloy manufacturer. The oven is designed to hold large spools of wire with a reinforced floor capable of holding 6,000 pounds of materials. The oven, which operates with inert gas, anneals the wire at a temperature of 1200°F to give it a shiny, bright finish. It is engineered with a vertical-down airflow that will cover the chamber evenly, ending at the bottom sides. A designated leak point makes the oven operate more safely and efficiently. The oven also includes a Eurotherm nanodac recorder/ controller that allows the user to program settings, make a profile for each process and record up to four channels.
