Ipsen recently shipped 10 heat-treating systems to customers in India, Vietnam and several U.S. states. The equipment will be used to process parts for the aerospace, commercial heat-treating, defense, metal injection molding and tooling industries. Among the shipments were a 6-bar global vertical (GV) vacuum furnace and a vacuum aluminum brazing (VAB) furnace with a 35-inch diffusion pump. Also shipped were four TITAN H2 furnaces, two of which included Ipsen’s PdMetrics software platform for predictive maintenance.
