JPW Industrial Ovens & Furnaces received an order for two heat-treating furnaces from a large U.S. engineering organization. The furnaces will be used for heat treating metal valves for the oil and gas industry, allowing for reconditioning of valves in the field. These units are electrically heated and can reach temperatures of 1400°F (760°C). They include a programmable control with a digital recorder that allows the furnace to monitor heat levels to prevent overheating. The furnace chamber contains alloy roller rails with a pull-out product tray with an encompassing vertical down airflow starting at the top and moving to the bottom sides.
