Ipsen announced that Janusz Kowalewski has been named director of business development for ARGOS. Kowalewski is a well-recognized expert in the thermal-processing industry. Over the past 25 years, he has worked in the U.S., China, Europe and India. Most recently, Kowalewski was managing director and CEO at a vacuum furnace manufacturer in India for two years where he was responsible for their sales and operations. Kowalewski’s responsibilities at Ipsen include guiding all global activities for the ARGOS product line, a continuous vacuum process solution for low-pressure carburizing (LPC).
