MILA-5050 enables heat treatment up to 50 mm wide x 50 mm long (2 inches wide x 2 inches long). This mini lamp annealer has contributed to the research of various materials and the development of heat-treatment techniques in a range of fields. With a maximum temperature of 1200°C (2192°F), it is capable of rapid heating, cooling and clean heating. The desktop-type unit’s heating furnace, chamber and temperature controller are all integrated. Temperature data displays on a PC monitor during heating. Applications for MILA-5050 include thermal annealing of metals and electronics, heat treatment of ceramics and heating of resins.
