SECO/WARWICK delivered a high-pressure gas-quench vacuum furnace to MIHEU, a commercial heat treater in Slovenia. The new installation will enable MIHEU to increase production capacity and expand its markets by offering a wide variety of processes with the installation of a single system. The Vector has useful dimensions measuring 24 x 24 x 36 inches, nominal temperature of 2400°F (1300°C) and maximum gross load capacity of 1,300 pounds. The system was delivered complete with a water-cooling system, load fixture, DataPortal software package, start-up and training.
