German Automotive Company Orders Brazing Furnace
SECO/WARWICK delivered a universal batch CAB (controlled atmosphere brazing) furnace to Germany’s Aurora. The company offers complete HVAC systems for on- and off-highway vehicles. The furnace allows for brazing a variety of aluminum heat exchangers in both horizontal and vertical position. The nitrogen convection used during the heating and brazing process reduces the cycle time, maintaining standard temperature uniformity at the brazed part. The same advantages of convection are also used during the cooling phase in the purging/cooling vestibule. The furnace design allows for future upgrades.
