The gas-heated belt conveyor oven can be used for production heat treating of metal springs. Workspace dimensions of the oven measure 36 inches wide x 18 inches deep x 15 inches high. With a maximum temperature of 850°F (454°C), No. 867 includes a 3-foot-long open-belt loading zone, 18-foot-long insulated heat zone with recirculated airflow, 3-foot-long open belt unloading zone and a 30-inch-wide Type 304 stainless steel woven-wire conveyor belt. It also includes a digital indicating temperature controller and a 10-inch-diameter circular chart recorder.
