Ultrahigh-speed injection of a gas or gas mixture through special CARBOJET lances improves gas and atmosphere flows and homogeneity without the use of circulation fans. This provides an immediate improvement in process efficiency that can reduce cycle time and improve product quality. For continuous furnaces benefits include: reduced soot formation, more intensive heat transfer, improved carbon transfer and cooling rates.
