DuBois Chemicals Inc. of Sharonville, Ohio, completed the acquisition of Heatbath Corporation/Park Metallurgical of Indian Orchard, Mass. The acquisition combines DuBois’ paint pretreatment, cleaning and metalworking expertise with Heatbath’s innovative and proven heat-treating and metal-finishing proficiency. The Heatbath acquisition extends and enhances the full range of cleaning and process chemical solutions that DuBois delivers to a diverse range of manufacturing customers.
