When Thermprocess last took place four years ago in Düsseldorf, Germany, the Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA) and Industrial Heating partnered to sponsor a Resource Center. Exhibitors from the U.S. got plenty of use from the services provided and found the experience to be extremely beneficial. So much so that IHEA and Industrial Heating are again teaming up to host the Resource Center at this year’s show, which will be held June 16-20 at the Düsseldorf Fairgrounds.

Exhibitors and companies from the U.S. can become a sponsor of the Resource Center, which is designed to:

•  Provide promotional support to your company before and during the show

•  Assist you with the finer details of participating in a European trade show (there are differences from exhibiting in the U.S.)

•  Provide access to translation services

•  Give you the opportunity to offer educational sessions

•  Provide use of a private conference room

•  Assist with hotel and restaurant reservations

•  Help you gain exposure for your company’s products and services

Anne Goyer, IHEA’s executive vice president, said, “The Resource Center is designed to be a hub for Americans participating or visiting Thermprocess. We support our members to help drive their success in this event, and we offer a place for others to enjoy some hospitality while they visit the show.

“The Resource Center can provide a wide array of services that might otherwise be prohibited on an individual company basis. Thermprocess is a big show. The Resource Center is a gathering spot filled with information and services that American companies need.”

Thermprocess is the world’s largest and most important platform for the presentation of highly innovative technological and environmental concepts for the thermal-processing industry. Four concurrent shows – Thermprocess (11th International Trade Fair for Thermo Process Technology), GIFA (13th International Foundry Trade Fair), METEC (9th International Foundry Trade Fair) and NEWCAST (4th International Trade Fair for Precision Castings) – will provide a complete overview of the international metallurgy market and bring together professionals from around the globe.

All four fairs promise to have an international focus. An extravaganza that happens only once every four years, this event featured almost 2,000 exhibitors and 79,000 attendees from 83 different countries in 2011. More information on Thermprocess 2015 can be found at www.thermprocess-online.com.

Sponsorships are available by visiting www.ihea.org and clicking on the “Thermprocess Resource Center” icon on the home page. Become a sponsor today or begin planning your visit if you are attending the event. We hope to see you in Düsseldorf this summer.
