The RT 1212 roller table shot blaster has a blast width of 12 inches x 12 inches. This redesigned unit’s blast wheels are arranged to blast leading and trailing edges of the work area. It also incorporates starters with phase loss and imbalance protection. The air intake is very aggressive and allows for application of more air through the abrasive stream, which provides cleaner abrasive and a cleaner cabinet. Roller conveyors have both variable-speed and reversing capability. The cabinet is lined with replaceable 0.5-inch-thick cast chrome/molybdenum liners to provide the highest degree of wear resistance.
