International Thermal Systems (ITS) acquired the business assets of Continental Equipment Corp., an engineering and manufacturing company that produces industrial parts washers based in Milwaukee, Wis. The acquisition expands the industrial parts-washer line of ITS to include belt, cabinet, monorail, rotary drum and spray quench systems in addition to pallet and case washer systems. Milwaukee-based ITS is a global OEM of industrial ovens, furnaces, washer systems and associated material-handling equipment. The company has a newly expanded manufacturing and sales facility in China and a sales office in the U.K.
