This 21-foot vertical electric and gas-fired infrared tower oven is custom designed for drying, baking and sintering. A new, upgraded design for the gas burners eliminates the need for high-temperature insulation. The heater’s outer surfaces are cool to the touch. There are two 12-inch x 71-inch drying zones that combine electric infrared with air. The bake zone is 24 inches in direction of product travel. Two gas fired infrared burners are mounted in a staggered configuration with each heater opposite an insulated reflector panel. This design allows the product temperature to even out. The sinter zone is 32 inches in direction of product travel and contains four staggered gas infrared heaters that are also mounted in a staggered configuration, with each heater opposite an insulated reflector panel.
