The PSC-CMS-3M infrared thermometer, with a wide overall temperature span of 50-600°C (122-1112°F) and target spot sizes down to 1 mm (0.04 inch), is ideal for secondary metal processing and the measurement of ceramic materials. The sensing head, which is only 14 mm in diameter x 28 mm in length (0.6 x 1.1 inches), facilitates temperature measurement in tightly confined areas often found in scientific and medical equipment, semiconductor tools, industrial processes and OEM equipment manufacturing. The IR sensor can measure through viewport windows such as quartz, Pyrex, glass and sapphire. Programmable parameters include emissivity and transmissivity adjustments, peak and valley hold, averaging, and extended hold with threshold and hysteresis.
