No. 905 is an electrically heated high-temperature walk-in oven used for heat treating. With a maximum temperature of 1200°F, the oven has 10-inch-thick insulated walls and workspace dimensions of 48 inches wide x 180 inches deep x 72 inches high. The unit is also equipped with a 7-inch insulated floor with truck wheel guide tracks and a flatbed loading truck with a 5,000-pound capacity. A 12,500-CFM, 10-HP recirculating blower provides universal front-to-rear airflow. Controls onboard No. 905 include a digital programming temperature controller, free-standing remote control panel, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, SCR power controller, strip chart recorder and recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
