Ipsen recently shipped a TITAN® vacuum furnace to a leading manufacturer of dental products in Sarasota, Fla. In addition to the equipment, the company’s investment included an Ipsen U training course, installation, start-up, on-site operator training and an extended warranty. Sample parts were provided by the customer to be run in the furnace. During this testing, the company was impressed by Ipsen’s basket design and included several in its final purchase package.
