The TITAN DS, which is specially designed for applications in the MIM and powder-metallurgy industries, utilizes an innovative pump cleaning system and automated binder-removal technology to reduce door-to-door cycle time. Its precise process control maintains consistent part quality and prevents part and hot-zone contamination. The TITAN DS control system supports multiple languages, provides real-time data acquisition and stores up to 1,000 heat-treatment recipes.
