Ipsen sold a 2-bar MetalMaster® vacuum furnace to a company in southern Singapore that specializes in the repair and refurbishment of commercial jet-engine turbine airfoils. MetalMaster, which is ideal for aircraft brazing and other high-vacuum applications, performs distinctively well with thin-section parts and lighter pieces. It also features excellent temperature uniformity with superior pumping capability to produce consistently clean and repeatable results. MetalMaster incorporates all the modern controls that are staples of Ipsen furnaces.
