Induction Technology Corp. (ITC) received an order for three melting systems from KFJ Trading of Los Angeles, Calif. All three systems include Ambrell induction power supplies. KFJ Trading moved to a new, larger facility and needed to increase its metals melting capacity. Melting primarily gold, but also silver and platinum, the company needed a high-volume system, moderate-volume system and a low-volume system for its range of melting applications. KFJ ended up purchasing a 100-pound Power Cube hydraulic tilt furnace, a 30-pound compact Power Cube one-man tilt furnace and a high-efficiency Mini Melt system. Ambrell, an Ameritherm company, is ITC’s supplier of induction power supplies for its melting systems.
