Premier Furnace Specialists received an order from a large automotive supplier for the design and manufacture of an atmosphere roller-hearth annealing furnace to be installed at the customer’s facility in Mexico. The furnace, which has an operating temperature up to 1650°F, features an Eclipse burner system with recuperation for fuel savings and ceramic-fiber module-type insulation.

The cooling of production will be achieved by an atmosphere-sealed convection-cooling zone; fully automated tray transferring system; and state-of-the-art controls, which are integrated with the in-house computer network system. Premier will also supply an exothermic gas generator with auto-start feature, gas refrigeration dryer, five-point dew-point monitoring system and water recirculation system.
