Hot Isostatic Press
The hot isostatic press (HIP), with ASME certification, offers both the advantages of high pressure and high-speed quench rates approximating that of vacuum cooling systems. Capable of reaching temperatures of 2285°F and pressures up to 30,000 psi, the HIP offers a load capacity of 18.5 inches in diameter, 56 inches in length and 800 pounds. Advanced uniform rapid cooling capability dramatically reduces the processing time for each HIP cycle, increasing throughput and lowering cost.
