Lindberg/MPH and SOLO Swiss Group announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding concerning a mutual marketing, sales and service agreement. SOLO Swiss Group will be working with the Lindberg Heat Treat Equipment line in Europe, while Lindberg/MPH (a division of SPX Corporation) will be working with the SOLO Swiss Group line of heat-treat equipment in the U.S.
