High-Temperature Camera

The new Furnace Camera HD provides process engineers and operators clear, high-resolution images of burner flames, material alignment, movement inside the furnace, refractory wear and other “high-heat” process conditions. The video camera system is specifically designed to be mounted directly through the wall of a furnace, kiln or other combustion chamber The Furnace Camera HD’s stainless steel camera housing mounts in a 3.5-inch opening and employs a steel triple-wall laminar flow for efficient water-cooled protection of the CCD color camera and the latest optical lens technology, enabling operation in hostile environments up to 4250°F. Models are available in 24-inch, 31-inch and 36-inch lengths.
