AFC-Holcroft received an order from an automotive-component supplier for the dismantle, relocation and reinstallation of multiple pusher furnace lines and companion equipment. The equipment will be moved from the U.S. and reinstalled at the customer’s facility in Mexico. AFC-Holcroft will also provide several new pieces of equipment, including preheat furnaces, loaders, pre-washers, an endothermic generator and oil cooling systems.
The equipment will first be shipped to AFC-Holcroft licensee MATTSA in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, where it will be cleaned, inspected, rebuilt, cold cycled and repainted. AFC-Holcroft will provide formal classroom instruction and basic operator training to the customer’s operators, maintenance and administrative personnel.
