Lindberg/MPH shipped an atmosphere box furnace to a large U.S.-based bearing manufacturer for general heat-treatment requirements. The system included state-of-the-art controls with an Atmosphere Engineering nitrogen-methanol control system. The furnace was confirmed to comply with AMS 2750D specifications with a temperature uniformity survey well within the requirements at 1900°F.

Lindberg/MPH supplied a hydrogen bell furnace to a U.S.-based lamination manufacturing company. The furnace system, which was supplied with a Honeywell SCADA package, consisted of two retorts, bell furnace and storage base. This multiple-zone furnace met tight temperature uniformity requirements at 2050°F. Lindberg/MPH or Riverside, Mich., is a unit of SPX Corporation.
