AFC-Holcroft received an order from SIFCO Forge Group, a division of SIFCO Industries, for a rotary reheat furnace. The furnace has an operating temperature of 2300°F and a net load capacity of 8,000 pounds per hour. SIFCO Forge Group, based in Cleveland, Ohio, supplies forged components to the aerospace industry. Wixom, Mich.-based AFC-Holcroft has organizations in the United States, China, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Australia, India, Mexico, Italy, Spain and Korea, including manufacturing means in many of these countries.
AFC-Holcroft, which has more than 90 years of industry experience, manufactures turnkey thermal-processing systems for applications including: reheat and forge, commercial heat treating, bearings, automotive, aerospace, military, aluminum heat treatment, gear manufacturing, fastener manufacturing and alternative energy.
