Triode
The ITK 112 triode is intended for high-power induction and dielectric heating applications. Able to deliver continuous RF power of 280 kW, it is especially well suited to industrial applications such as the manufacture of rolled welded tubes, heat treatment of metals, textile and wood drying and adhesive curing. This new triode features a monolithic pyrolytic graphite grid for a high degree of mechanical stability, high thermal conductivity, low expansion coefficient, high resistance to thermal shock and high temperatures, and low electrical resistance. All of these characteristics optimize the triode’s performance at high power levels. Combined with vapor-phase water-cooling, this technology also offers high power dissipation capacity.
