Low-Mass Sintering Trays
Zircar Ceramics introduces high-performance, low-mass sintering trays for injection-molded parts made from metal or ceramic powders. Sub-micron ceramic particles are infused into alumina fiber Type ZAL-45 custom sintering trays. The infused trays improve the profitability of sintering-furnace applications with temperatures up to 1600°F. Called Naneramic infusion, the process also strengthens the outer surface of the trays by creating a thin ceramic matrix composite shell.
