Box Furnace
A general line of box furnaces are available for hardening, drawing, preheating, annealing, brazing, normalizing and special applications under air atmosphere. Series 7000 units range in size from 6”x6”x6” to 24”x24”x48” and can operate from 1850-2350°F. With a reinforced, welded sheet-metal shell and multi-layered, energy-efficient firebrick and mineral block insulation, these furnaces are designed for minimum heat loss. The ceramic hearth plate that protects the floor brick can support workloads up to 50 pounds/square feet of hearth area. Easy to replace, long-lasting heavy gauge, coil-wound heating elements are mounted on sides, door and back for uniform heating.
